Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Customers have the right to cancel orders free of charge before shipment is arranged. No cancellation fees will be applied.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All refunds will be processed via your original payment method exclusively. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund immediately. Funds will be credited to your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
